These Terms and Conditions of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other notices posted on this website, govern your use of the Brain Sensei website, courses, exam simulators, practice questions, videos, downloads, PDU bundles, and related products and services.

By using or visiting this website, creating an account, purchasing a product, accessing a course, using an exam simulator, or otherwise using Brain Sensei products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You are only authorized to access this website and use Brain Sensei materials and services if you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you do not agree with them, you should leave this website and not use Brain Sensei products or services. Any questions or comments regarding this website should be sent to the Site Administrator at info@brainsensei.com.

Brain Sensei reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modification will be effective when posted on this website. Your continued use of the website, products, or services after any modification is posted constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms and Conditions. Copyright, Access and Use

All materials contained in this website and in Brain Sensei courses, exam simulators, practice exams, videos, lessons, downloads, quizzes, questions, explanations, graphics, logos, photographs, audio, and video materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These materials are provided for the registered purchaser’s personal, non-commercial use only.

The reproduction, duplication, distribution, publication, modification, copying, scraping, downloading, recording, sharing, resale, licensing, transmission, or creation of derivative works from Brain Sensei materials is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained Brain Sensei’s prior written consent.

Sharing your login credentials or allowing another person to access Brain Sensei courses, exam simulators, practice questions, or other paid materials through your account is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, copying or sharing exam simulator questions, posting course content or practice questions online, using automated tools or bots to access or scrape content, reverse engineering or attempting to extract question banks, reproducing Brain Sensei materials for commercial use, or otherwise misusing Brain Sensei intellectual property.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of access without refund and may also result in legal action.

Requests for permission to reproduce or distribute materials found on this website or in Brain Sensei products can be made by email at info@brainsensei.com.

If Brain Sensei provides links or pointers to other websites, no inference or assumption should be made, and no representation should be implied, that Brain Sensei is connected with, operates, or controls those websites. Brain Sensei is not responsible for third-party websites or their content.

PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PMI, PMBOK, and related marks are trademarks or registered marks of Project Management Institute, Inc. Brain Sensei is not owned, operated, endorsed, or guaranteed by PMI.

Brain Sensei courses and exam simulators are designed to help students prepare for PMI certification exams, but Brain Sensei does not control PMI exams, exam content, exam scoring, eligibility requirements, application decisions, audit outcomes, or certification decisions.

Course Updates and Exam Versions

Brain Sensei may update, replace, revise, or retire course content, practice questions, exam simulators, features, and product names from time to time, including to reflect changes to certification exams or industry standards.

Students are responsible for completing the Brain Sensei course version associated with the exam version they plan to take. Where multiple course versions are available, students should ensure they are using the version aligned with their scheduled exam date.

Access to updated course versions is provided only where stated on the applicable product page, promotion, or account access terms. Brain Sensei does not guarantee that all prior purchasers will receive access to future course versions unless expressly stated.

Contact Hours, Education Hours, and PDUs

Eligible Brain Sensei courses and PDU bundles provide the contact hours, education hours, or PDUs stated on the applicable product page upon successful completion of the required course or bundle activities.

Certification eligibility, application approval, audit outcomes, PDU acceptance, and certification decisions are determined by PMI or the applicable certification body. Brain Sensei does not guarantee that any individual student will be approved, accepted, certified, or renewed by PMI or any other certification body.

Pricing, Coupons and Discounts

Coupons and discount codes may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions, nor can they be applied to any items already listed as on sale or offered at a reduced price.

Discounts, promotions, and coupons cannot be applied after a sale has been processed and apply only to the initial purchase where allowed. Any valid discounts, promotions, and coupons apply only to the pre-tax product price.

Discounts, promotions, and coupons cannot be applied to a purchase after that discount, promotion, or coupon has ended or expired. Other restrictions may apply.

Monthly Subscription Terms and Conditions

Automatic Monthly Charges

By subscribing to a monthly subscription course, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the current rate. Your subscription will automatically renew each month, and your payment method on file will be charged accordingly until you cancel.

Customer Responsibility for Cancellation

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to be enrolled. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future subscription fees.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not create a refund for prior charges, except where a refund is available under Brain Sensei’s Refund Policy. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the course until the end of your current paid subscription period.

Notification of Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or terms. Where required, we will provide advance notice of these changes. Continued use of the service after the changes come into effect constitutes your agreement to the new terms.

Handling of Unpaid Charges

If a scheduled payment fails, we may make efforts to resolve the issue. A failed or unpaid charge may result in suspension of access until the outstanding balance is settled.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a subscription at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of our products or services, failed payment, suspected fraud, or other conduct we consider inappropriate or unacceptable.

Refund Policy

Brain Sensei offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase of eligible courses and exam simulators, subject to the conditions below.

To request a refund, email contact@brainsensei.com within 30 days of your original purchase.

Exam Prep Courses and Exam Simulators: You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase as long as you have not started more than one practice exam.

Monthly Subscription Courses: Refunds are available only for the initial payment of the subscription and only within 30 days of the original purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current paid subscription period.

Live Virtual Instructor Courses: No refunds are available within 7 calendar days before the first class session.

PDU Renewal Bundles: A full refund is available within 30 days of your original purchase, provided you have not started more than 5 videos.

Refunds are subject to the conditions above and are at the sole discretion of Brain Sensei.

100% Pass Guarantee

The 100% Pass Guarantee applies only to Brain Sensei’s eligible PMP, CAPM, and PMI-ACP self-paced or live virtual instructor exam prep courses, including 1-year access and monthly subscription versions. It does not apply to standalone exam simulators, PDU Renewal Bundles, or any other Brain Sensei product.

To qualify, you must complete the eligible Brain Sensei exam prep course associated with the version of the exam you attempted. For example, the guarantee for the July 9, 2026 onward PMP exam requires completion of the Brain Sensei PMP exam prep course aligned with that exam version.

If you complete the eligible course and fail the applicable certification exam within one calendar year of your original course purchase date, Brain Sensei will provide an additional 90 days of access to the same eligible course at no charge.

If you fail the exam a second time, Brain Sensei will provide one further 90-day access extension to the same eligible course at no charge.

If you fail the exam a third time, Brain Sensei will refund your initial purchase amount for the eligible course.

To claim the guarantee after the first or second failed attempt, you must email contact@brainsensei.com with:

1. A statement confirming that you completed the eligible Brain Sensei exam prep course; and
2. A copy of your failed exam score report.

To claim the refund after the third failed attempt, you must email contact@brainsensei.com with a copy of your third failed exam score report.

The first exam attempt must occur within one calendar year of the original course purchase date. The second and third attempts must occur within six months of the first failed attempt.

This guarantee is valid only for the registered purchaser of the eligible course and is Brain Sensei’s full and complete pass guarantee.

Posted Content

If you post, submit, upload, or otherwise provide messages, reviews, comments, testimonials, questions, feedback, suggestions, or other content to public areas of the website or to Brain Sensei, you represent and warrant that you have the right to provide that content and that the content does not violate the rights of any person or entity.

You agree that Brain Sensei may use, copy, edit, display, publish, distribute, adapt, translate, remove, or otherwise use content you provide, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You agree that any content you submit will not be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, harassing, misleading, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

Brain Sensei does not endorse and has no control over content submitted by others. Content submitted by users is not necessarily reviewed by Brain Sensei prior to posting and does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of Brain Sensei.

Brain Sensei reserves the right to prevent, edit, restrict, or remove posted content for any reason at any time.

You acknowledge that Brain Sensei and its employees, agents, directors, officers, and shareholders are not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, communication line failures, unauthorized access, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or any Brain Sensei products or services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brain Sensei and its employees, agents, directors, officers, and shareholders from and against all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the website, products, or services, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your violation of applicable law, or your breach or alleged breach of the copyright, proprietary, or other rights of third parties.

Termination

Access to Brain Sensei self-paced products and courses begins on the date of purchase. Access to self-paced products and courses is based on the time elapsed from the date of purchase, regardless of usage of those products and courses.

Brain Sensei reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your use of, or access to, this website, courses, exam simulators, practice questions, or related products and services at any time if Brain Sensei determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms and Conditions, violated any applicable law, rule, or regulation, failed to pay applicable fees, misused Brain Sensei materials, shared login credentials, or engaged in conduct that Brain Sensei considers inappropriate or unacceptable.

Termination or suspension for breach of these Terms and Conditions does not entitle you to a refund.

Independent Investigation

You acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions, have had an opportunity to consult with your own legal advisors if you choose, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein.

You agree that, in interpreting these Terms and Conditions, no weight shall be placed upon the fact that these Terms and Conditions have been drafted by Brain Sensei, and you shall not assert that these Terms and Conditions are unenforceable or invalid on the grounds that they are a contract of adhesion, unconscionable, or based on any similar theory.

You have independently evaluated the desirability of using Brain Sensei products and services and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Canada, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to these Terms and Conditions must be brought in the courts of Canada, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

You may not assign these Terms and Conditions, by operation of law or otherwise, without Brain Sensei’s prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, these Terms and Conditions will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns.

Brain Sensei’s failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of its right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision.

Use of this website assumes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Brain Sensei’s Privacy Policy. All materials contained in this website and in Brain Sensei products are protected by copyright and shall not be used for any purpose other than private, non-commercial viewing and learning purposes.
