Our Story
The founders of Brain Sensei are certified project managers, but we’re not 100 years old. When we went for our certification, we noticed that all of the online PMP exam and CAPM exam prep courses were targeted to the “Serious Corporate Professional”. The kind of professional who has many leather bound books and whose apartment smells like rich mahogany.
That simply wasn’t us.
Even worse was that, without exception, the material was presented in streaming video that looked like a PowerPoint deck with an audio track of the instructor explaining things (so we set out to create an online learning system that not only works, but makes learning interesting.
We love being project managers. We get to work on cool, engaging projects and the skills we’ve learned have helped us to excel in many other businesses.
We believe that every professional should have the same opportunities, and we want to make it as fun and easy as possible for you to achieve everything you want from your career.

A successful entrepreneur, John has worked with some of the world’s most respected organizations in Asia, North America and Europe. John rarely sits still. In addition to his project management career, he authored six books and several courses for audiences in Canada, U.S., U.K., France, Sweden, Japan, India and other countries.
John founded Agilitek Corporation and was awarded a scholarship by the Project Management Institute (PMI) Educational Foundation for his doctoral studies. He is a member of PMI and CMC-Canada.
