Follow the three simple steps below to install the Spaced Repetition System (SRS).

  1. Download and install Anki (Windows, Mac, or Linux), AnkiMobile* (iPhone, iPad, or iPod), or AnkiDroid (Android) to your computer or device.
  2. Have the Project Management SRS package (file) ready. The link where you can download the package was sent to you via e-mail. If you did not receive it, please contact the Help Desk using the red Help button on our website or send an e-mail to contact@brainsensei.com.
  3. Launch Anki and import the Project Management SRS.

Using the Project Management SRS

Start learning the project management profession’s terms and definitions to help you prepare for the CAPM® or PMP® exam.**

NOTE: If you click on the gear icon next to the deck name, you can select Options to set your preferences based on your goals. For example, you may want to review 50 or 100 cards per day instead of 20 (default).

As you go through each card, indicate whether you want to review it right away (Again) or a bit later (Good). You’ll see the card again in about a minute if you choose Again and around 10 minutes later if you select Good.

If you are already familiar with a term and its definition, select Easy. The card will be shown to you for review a few days later.

As you review and get familiar with the cards, the Project Management SRS will space out the review. It will only show you select cards to refresh your memory just before you forget it.

Sign up with AnkiWeb if you want to access the PM SRS using a web browser.

Use the synchronize feature to align your content and progress across multiple platforms and devices.
